We're the ones who tell you
when flying isn't worth it.
Alpine Private Jet arranges private flights to the alpine resorts. We do not own aircraft: we select the right one across the whole European market, check who operates it, and take on the part nobody wants — the right runway, the crew qualification, the parking slot, the last leg. We answer in writing, with the numbers.
The problem is almost never the aircraft.
It is the last leg.
People flying into the mountains do not land at the resort: they land at Chambéry, Geneva, Sion or Samedan, and still have anything from twenty minutes by helicopter to four hours by road ahead of them. Between the runway and the chalet door there is a stretch no quote describes, and we work it out before we give you a price.
We know the actual airports
Chambéry, Geneva, Sion, Samedan, Annecy, Grenoble, Lyon, Innsbruck, Salzburg, Turin. And the altiports: Courchevel 537 metres, Megève 548, Méribel 406, Val Thorens at 2,300 metres of altitude. Who requires PPR and from when, who shuts at sunset, who wants a crew trained in the simulator. We have read it file by file, and before every flight we check it again at the source.
No surprises on arrival
Airport charges, taxes, handling, de-icing, positioning: these costs exist anyway, and we keep them inside the price from the first quote. What you read before is what you pay after.
We also say no
When it is better to wait a day, when the helicopter is a waste because the car takes twenty minutes longer, when the price difference is not worth the urgency. A client who comes back is worth more than one extra flight.
You don't pay us.
And that changes everything.
Our fee comes from the operating partner, not from you: there isn't one line on your invoice carrying our name. It means we have nothing to gain by selling you the biggest aircraft. Our job is a different one: staying on your trip twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, from the request until you have arrived. Your job is to get where you're going. The rest is ours.
You give us the resort
The name of the place, not the airport code. The airport, the helicopter and the car are ours to sort out. Sending a request commits you to nothing and costs you nothing.
We query the market
Directly and through the operating partner we work with in partnership. We come back with aircraft that are genuinely available, the name of whoever operates them and the price. If it is worth waiting a day, we tell you: it makes no difference to us.
The partner confirms
You contract and pay for the flight with the operating partner, which invoices you; the flying is done by the certified carrier, who answers for it. No invoice ever reaches you from us, not today and not later.
We stay on it, twenty-four hours a day
Slots, handling, permits, cars at departure and on arrival, the weather turning, the time shifting. One single person follows the file from start to finish: if something changes you hear it from us, not from the departures board.
An Italian company,
with a Swiss partner.
Alpine Private Jet is the brand we work under in the Alps. The company is Italian, based in Sassari, and it is the same company that has been arranging private flights since 2023 under the Sardinia Private Jet brand. Two different markets, two different sets of airports, one company and one VAT number. We write it here so you read it, rather than discover it.
To search the carrier market we work in partnership with a Swiss company that arranges charter flights by private jet and helicopter. It is independent of ours: each operates under its own credentials and answers for what it does. It does not hold a Swiss air operator certificate and does not operate aircraft: like us, it selects and contracts them with certified carriers.
