If you need to leave now,
this request goes to the front of the line.
With an aircraft already in position, take-off within a few hours is possible. This is the only form that skips the queue: it arrives flagged as top priority, we read it before everything else and we call you back on the number you leave. Six fields are enough — the rest we ask on the phone, while we're searching.
Four hours can be done.
One hour can't, and we'll say so straight away.
Between your request and take-off there are things that don't depend on us: finding an available aircraft, a crew within duty limits, the slot, the flight plan, handling open. Here is what actually happens, in order.
First 15 minutes
You tell us where from, where to, how many people and by when. We look at what's in position within a useful radius and tell you whether your timing is realistic or not.
Within 3 hours
The operating partner queries the market and comes back with the aircraft actually available, with the operator's name and the price. Not estimates: real availability.
On confirmation
Flight plan, slot, handling and permits all start at the same moment. If a particular clearance is needed — medical, animals, extra-Schengen — we work on it in parallel.
On the ground
Chauffeured car at departure and on arrival, so the hours you gained in the air aren't lost in a car park. If your destination has no runway, we'll tell you whether a helicopter makes more sense.
Leaving right away costs more.
And almost none of that extra is ours.
We'd rather tell you now than afterwards. When you fly on a few hours' notice the price goes up, and it goes up for reasons we don't decide. Here is where the difference comes from.
- The aircraft isn't where it's needed. If the nearest free machine is three hundred kilometres away, whoever flies pays for that empty positioning leg. By far the heaviest item.
- The crew has to be called back in. Off shift, at night or on a rest day: the operator charges for it, and pilot duty limits are not negotiable with anyone.
- Last-minute slot and handling. At coordinated airports the time band is assigned by the national coordinator under published rules: it cannot be bought and it cannot be jumped. If the only band left is an awkward one, that's the one you fly in.
- Outside normal hours there's a surcharge. Many airports apply night premiums on handling and assistance; some have noise restrictions that make certain departures impossible at any price.
- Less competition, less room to negotiate. With two days ahead of you, ten offers get compared. With four hours, you take the one there is.
- Taxes and fees stay exactly the same. The state levy, the airport charges and the navigation fees don't change by a single euro because you're in a hurry.

This form skips the queue: it arrives flagged as top priority and we call you back on the number you leave, as soon as we can.
Leave the number you actually answer on: we'll call you. If you're in a hurry just to know whether it can be done, send it anyway with what you have — we reply within minutes and, if it helps, we talk it through straight away.
