there is someone who has done it since 2005.
We did not invent an air operation of our own. We put ourselves alongside people who already fly for a living, and brought what we know: the alpine airports one by one, the weeks when parking has already gone, the roads that block on the changeover Saturday, and the phone numbers that answer on a Sunday.
The operating partner
A Swiss company based in Lugano that arranges charter flights by private jet and helicopter, active since 2005, with a network of operators across Europe. It does not hold a Swiss air operator certificate and does not operate aircraft: like us, it selects them and contracts them with certified carriers. We take your request, they find the aircraft on the market, the certified carrier operates it.
- Operator selection. Air operator certificate in force, insurance cover, pilot experience and ratings: checked beforehand, not taken for granted.
- Marketplace access. They are operators registered on the B2B market where demand meets the real availability of aircraft across Europe.
- Managed fleet and partner fleet. Jets from turboprop to ultra long range, single- and twin-engine helicopters, plus any aircraft that can be found on the network.
- Medical transport and repatriation through the specialist operators in their network, who provide the equipment and the medical staff.
Three parties, three responsibilities.
No overlap.
It's the question every serious client asks, and almost nobody answers in writing. Here it is, in plain sight.
Alpine Private Jet
We are your point of contact in Italy. We take the request, choose the airport, work out whether a helicopter or a car is needed, build the open quote and stay with you from the start to the return. We work in partnership with an operating partner: we do not operate aircraft and we do not issue the invoice for the flight.
The operating partner
Finds the aircraft on the market, checks the operator and signs the contract with the carrier. It is also your counterparty: you buy the flight from the operating partner, which buys it from the certified carrier. Relationships built since 2005 — you don't buy those, you build them by flying.
The certified operator
Holds the air operator certificate, provides crew and aircraft, and is solely responsible for the conduct of the flight. You don't pick it blind: we tell you who it is before you confirm.
The flight is one piece.
The rest is handled by people we know personally.
Every service is delivered by whoever holds the licence to deliver it. We don't bundle anything into a single price: each party invoices its own part, and you see all of it.

When the event is yours,
security is not improvised.
For ground safety at events in Italy we work with Center Help Group Srls, a company based in Sassari. They handle safety and security: gate staffing, access control, crowd flow. In the Alps, ground safety belongs to the event organiser and to the operating partner, not to us: where it applies, we write it into the quote and say whose it is.
This is not a brochure résumé. These are the nights when more people gather than a city holds: when ten thousand people come through one gate, or when a driver goes past at two hundred an hour three metres from the crowd. These are settings where a mistake is not corrected afterwards.
- What they do when the event is yours. Access control, coordination of the stewards on the ground, fire safety and first aid personnel, liaison with the emergency plan. All you see is that everything runs smoothly; the work lies in going unnoticed.
- Who they are, in full. Center Help Group Srls, based in Sassari, with an operations room staffed twenty-four hours a day.
- How you reach them. You do not have to go looking. Tell us what kind of event it is and how many people you expect: we line them up with the flight, the transfers and everything else, and you receive a single proposal.
Your client, at some point,
has to travel.
Travel agencies, chalet managers, mountain hotels, sports event organisers, law and tax firms, event companies, private clinics. When that request comes in, either you have an answer ready or you lose the client for two days. We are that answer.
No licence, no risk
You pass us the request, we take care of the flight. You don't have to become a travel agent, you don't have to register anything and you take on no liability for the transport: the contract is between the client and the operating partner.
One more service to offer
Your client asks you for something you couldn't give before, and now you give it to them in half an hour. It isn't about a fee: it's a piece of service that raises your own, and that opens a new tier of clientele to you.
Your client stays yours
We don't market to your list and we don't go around you. If you want, we speak to the client directly; if you prefer, we stay in the background and hand everything to you. You decide, and it stays that way.
How the value gets split is something we decide by talking, case by case: it depends on what you do, how steady it is and who holds the client. First we get to know each other, then we do the maths.
