From the moment the payment for your first flight is confirmed you get a personal number, a direct one, reachable twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Not a switchboard and not a form: the person who handled your flight. It holds between one flight and the next as well, and it does not expire.

Two messages are worth three emails. Useful when the route is complicated, when there are several legs or several possible dates, or when you have to decide quickly. Just write: I answer personally.

That is the technical minimum between your yes and take-off, if an aircraft is in position. In winter, on alpine airports, you have to add what does not depend on us: PPR, slots and de-icing. To get there you have to say so straight away: open the Urgent flight page, which jumps the queue.
An Italian company based in Sassari. In the Alps we work from ten airports — Geneva, Chambéry, Sion, Samedan, Annecy, Grenoble, Lyon, Innsbruck, Salzburg, Turin — and across the rest of Europe through our Swiss partner's network.
The site is in Italian, English, French, German and Spanish. We reply in Italian and English; in the other languages we manage with translation tools and, where needed, with our partner.
