Tell me the resort.
The airport is our problem.

Write the resort name, not the airport code. We tell you which airport you actually land at, whether the last leg is helicopter or car, and the range you are working with.

1Which resort write the resort name, not the airport code
2What luggage you're bringing on a private flight the constraint is volume, not weight — and with ski bags the volume runs out before the seats do
3What kind of aircraft you have in mind optional — if you're not sure, leave it: we'll choose
How it works. We work with an operating partner that arranges private jet and helicopter charter flights: we take your request, bring it to the market and stay with you until landing. The flight is contracted and operated by a certified air operator. The figures shown are estimates, not a firm price: the price becomes firm with written confirmation.

Before we quote, the last few things that change the price

You have already told us the baggage: here we check it genuinely fits the aircraft you chose — and, if the last leg is by helicopter, that it fits there too: five passengers per rotation, and towards Méribel five suitcases plus two soft bags. Animals are subject to state rules that have to be met. And the journey does not end at the airport.

1Luggage, checked against the aircraft aircraft capacity
2Animals on board on a private flight they travel in the cabin, not in the hold
3Do you need a car with driver? switch it on only where you actually need it, and give us the exact address
A car with a driver is the right answer nine times out of ten and costs a fraction of the helicopter. But in winter road times are not summer times: Chambéry to Courchevel is ninety minutes, and with fresh snow on the twenty-four kilometres of hairpins from Moûtiers it doubles. Switch it on only where you need it: every service is provided by whoever holds the licence for it and is invoiced by them. We line it up, show it as a separate line, and you decide what to keep.
That is perfectly fine. You have left no details and nobody will write to you. Quotes here are always free and without obligation: come back whenever you like, as often as you like. If you later need the firm figure — the one signed by the operator — a name, an email and a phone number are enough, and we send it to you in writing.
Who is making the request without a name, an email and a phone number there is nobody we can send the quote to — and it stays free, with no obligation
This is where the acknowledgement arrives, with the number of your request.
We only call you if a quick answer is needed.

Request received

First things first

What kind of flight are you looking for
right now?

This is not a sales question. It changes the aircraft, it changes the price, and above all it changes what can go wrong. It matters to us that you know exactly what you are buying — so under each option you will also find what tends to happen.

Smart

Flexible · empty legs and shared flights

You ask for your flight as usual, and you tell us you have a day or two of give on the date. With that give we can look for an empty leg on your route and, if you want, put the flight into our partner network to find people to split the cost with. Your quote comes either way: you are not waiting for a leftover seat.

What tends to happen
  • An empty leg depends on the flight that created it: it can move or disappear up to a few hours before.
  • A shared flight needs at least seven working days to come together: under that it gets done in a hurry and badly.
  • The price you see quoted around is almost always the flight alone: airport charges, handling and passenger tax come afterwards.
How we handle it

If your date is fixed — a meeting, a boarding, a wedding — say so straight away: an empty leg is the wrong choice and we would rather tell you before. If you do have give, the search is ours to run and it costs you nothing: the flight stays yours, the quote arrives all the same, and if we find someone your share goes down.

Business

Executive · one way or same-day return

The aircraft is yours for that flight, whether it is one way or out and back in a day — it makes little difference. You leave at the hour you name, you work on board, and nobody decides for you. It is the band for work and for people who travel often, and it is where most of the requests we receive end up.

What tends to happen
  • People look at seats and not at the hold: six seats and six large cases, and the luggage will not fit.
  • The bill grows later, when positioning, overnight parking, handling and crew waiting time arrive.
  • An aircraft is confirmed by category, not by registration: anyone promising you one exact airframe is promising something that is not theirs to promise.
How we handle it

We send one figure, taxes included, and we quote ground services separately because they are not flying: the car with driver has its own price, the helicopter is a supplement you choose with the figure in front of you. What we don’t know yet we write as «to be quoted» — we don’t bury it in a general line.

Boutique

Boutique and luxury · door to door

The band where the requirement and the attention are at their highest. The aircraft is chosen for the cabin and not only for the leg, catering is built to request, the car meets you planeside, and a helicopter covers the last stretch when the road is longer than the flight.

What tends to happen
  • In peak weeks the apron is full and the aircraft has to be repositioned to another airport: that is two empty flights, and they belong in the quote — not in the invoice.
  • Not every private helipad accepts charter, and some have a cap on movements: it gets checked before it gets promised.
  • Catering, allergies, animals and particular requests need declaring days ahead: on the day itself almost nothing can still be changed.
How we handle it

This is the band where the difference is made by the time you give us: the more days there are, the more can actually be done. Special requests are written into the quote one by one, each with a yes, a no or a figure next to it — never a «leave it to us», which means nothing.

Choosing commits you to nothing and changes no price. It tells us where to start, and it spares you a proposal that has nothing to do with what you had in mind.

Splitting the cost

An aircraft is paid for whole.
How many of you split it is up to you.

This holds for all three bands, not just the first: a business or boutique flight can look for travel companions too. You ask for your quote as usual; if you tell us yes, in parallel we look for people heading where you are heading.

1

We put it into our network

The flight goes into the list that circulates among our partners: route, day, seats and hold space left. Your name and contact details never leave.

2

You share it, if you want to

We give you a link to send to whoever you like, or to put on your own channels. Whoever opens it sees the flight, not your details.

The request goes out anyway and the quote arrives all the same: the search does not hold it up. The flight stays a single contract, in your name — we do not sell individual seats and we take money from nobody else. And it needs at least a working week for anything serious to come together.

Cancellation terms

We publish them before,
not after you sign.

These are our operator’s terms and they apply to the confirmed flight price. You will find them inside the quote as well, written out in full, before you have to decide: it matters to us that a client knows exactly what they are buying.

When you cancelCharge on the flight
More than 14 days before departure10%
From 14 to 7 days before25%
From 7 to 3 days before50%
From 3 days to 24 hours before75%
Less than 24 hours before100%

The carrier’s contract may set different terms in particular cases — an aircraft from outside the fleet, a peak period, a leg with long positioning. When that happens, the different term is written into the quote before confirmation, not mentioned in passing.
